THE LAYOUT GUIDE

Look beyond the bedroom count.

Read a floor plan as a home you will live in, not just a number of square feet.

01

Trace a normal day

Follow the route from the entrance to the kitchen, living area and bedrooms. Think about privacy when someone opens the front door and whether circulation space reduces the room available for furniture.

02

Place your real furniture

Check room dimensions against your bed, dining table, sofa and storage. Leave room for doors and drawers to open. Ask for dimensioned plans when the brochure does not provide enough detail.

03

Check light and ventilation

Locate windows, balconies and service areas. Ask about orientation, window openings and nearby structures. A diagram alone will not establish the actual view, noise or daylight in a particular unit.

04

Confirm what you are buying

Compare the brochure with the specific unit plan and sales documents. Showflat furniture, finishes and space treatments may differ from what is included. Ask the sales team to identify those differences.
