Choose a realistic budget range and the bedroom types you want to see. Bring your preferred move-in timeline and a list of projects you are comparing.
At the showflat
Ask which unit type is on display, what has been modified, and which fittings are included. Request the plan for your preferred stack and floor, not only the display unit.
Ask for dated information
Request the current price, unit availability, expected completion and payment information in writing. Check the date on every document. A request for a viewing does not reserve a unit.
Give yourself time to compare
Review your notes after the visit. Clarify outstanding questions with the sales team, and obtain professional advice on your financing and contractual commitments before proceeding.
