What we collect and why
Your name, email, optional phone number, preferences, selected projects, enquiry type and any requested viewing date are saved to respond to your property enquiry. We also save the page and campaign details associated with it. Submitting does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or reserve a property.
Storage and access
The website uses a private MySQL database hosted on SiteGround. The site operator and authorised service providers may access enquiries to respond and operate the service. They are not displayed publicly.
Saved projects
Favourites and comparisons are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not an account or a cloud backup. Clear them using the site controls or your browser settings.
External services
WhatsApp and email links open the chosen service. Project cover images may connect to the Huttons image host; galleries load from this website. Discreet source links may lead to external websites with their own policies.
